A&O: Our standards at A&O

Standards

A&O Hotels and Hostels place great importance on maintaining the same standards at all locations. This concerns not only room amenities, but all services offered, such as breakfast.

Our arrival and departure times:

Check-in time is guaranteed at all locations after 3 pm.

Check-out is until 10 am, on Sat and Sun at 11 am.

Late check-out until 2 pm can be booked in advance or simply mentioned at the reception (5€ per room).

Our multi-lingual and friendly reception staff, as well as an emergency hotline, are available 24 hours a day and are eager to help with both words and deeds.

WiFi
Luggage room
Children's corner
Billard, table football, video games
Bar

While we do place great importance on having the same standards at all locations, we also give each location room for its own individual character. For this reason there are always special characteristics in the hostels, such as childcare at the A&O Berlin Friedrichshain or the cool terrace bar at A&O München Hackerbrücke.
