To support our Service Centre Team at the a&o Head Office Berlin, we are looking for you - an INBOUND Sevice Center Agent / Call Center Agent (m/f/d).

We also welcome applications for: Call Center Agent, Account Manager, Customer Service Agent, Customer Adviser, Telephone Operator and people who love customer contact/support and night shifts.

YOUR JOB

  • The Service Centre and Reservation departments are your areas of activity
  • You exclusively take care of inbound activities
  • You process and coordinate reservation requests
  • You advise and support our guests via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp and LiveChat
  • You also deal with the concerns of our guests in cross-team cooperation
  • You support our reception with questions about reservations
  • Our Service Centre is staffed 24/7 - so you will also have to work at night from time to time

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You enjoy dealing with our customers
  • You have a warm demeanour and polite and customer-oriented manners
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and work independently, responsibly and reliably.
  • You have good comprehension skills, are stress-resistant and enjoy working in a team.
  • You consider 24/7 shift work as a welcome change
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English (minimum B2-level).
  • Other languages are absolutely not a must, but additional Hungarian, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Dutch or Czech would be an added bonus
  • Call centre or service centre experience is "nice to have" - but not a must. We train new team members with the tools they need for the job, including career changers.
