To support our Service Center Team we are looking for you -a Service Center Agent (m/f/x).

We are also looking forward to receiving applications for Call Center Agent, Account Manager, Customer Service Agent, Customer Adviser, Telephone Operator and people who love customer contact/support and night shifts.


  • The Service Centre and Reservations departments are your areas of activity
  • You will deal exclusively with inbound activities
  • You process and coordinate reservation enquiries
  • You advise and support our guests via telephone, email, WhatsApp and LiveChat
  • You also handle our guests' requests in cross-team collaboration
  • You support our reception staff with questions about reservations
  • Our service centre is staffed 24/7 - so you will also have to work at night sometimes



  • You enjoy dealing with our customers
  • You have a warm demeanour as well as polite and customer-oriented manners
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently, responsibly and reliably
  • You have a good grasp of things, are stress-resistant and enjoy working in a team
  • You consider 24/7 shift work to be a welcome change
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English (B2)
  • Knowledge of one of the following languages as a third language would be an advantage, but is not a requirement: Dutch, Czech, Danish, Polish, Italian, Hungarian or Albanian
  • Call centre or service centre experience is "nice to have" - but not a must. We train new team members with the tools they need for the job, including career changers.
