To support our Accounting Tem at the Berlin headquarters we are looking for an General Accountant / Balance sheet Accountant (m/f/x).

We are also happy to consider applications for General Ledger Accountant, Expert Accounting, Financial Accountant.

YOUR JOB

You contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements at individual company level (HGB)
You are responsible for the day-to-day business of General Ledger Accounting
The continuous optimization of accounting-related business processes and their documentation are part of your job
You handle Intercompany and balance account reconciliation
You assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
You are our contact for tax consultants and auditors (incl. international coordination)
You work closely with our Controlling department and the functional units

YOUR PROFILE

You successfully finished an education as company accountant or graduated in Accounting, Finance or a related field
You have at least two years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance
You have proven knowledge and skills in accounting according to HGB and IFRS closure confidence
Knowledge in consolidation according to LucaNet are of advantage
You handle MS Office and accounting software (DATEV) confidently
Your working method is independent, engaged, and structured
You have experience in leading and developing a team
A high willingness to perform as well as the ability to communicate and work in a team characterize you
Turstworthiness and confidentiality are a given for you
We are an international company – therefore you speak German and English fluently (minimum B2 Level)
Completed exams as a balance sheet accountant are an advantage
