To support and strengthen our team and make it even more successful, we are now looking for YOU - a Group Reservations Agent.

We are also happy to consider applications from career changers, call centre agents, customer service agents, telephone operators or simply people who enjoy customer contact and customer support!

YOUR JOB

• From our central office in Berlin Mitte, you will be in daily telephone and written contact with our guests, tour operators and receptionists.
• You will advise our guests in word and deed, take care of reservations in the booking system, prepare offers and invoices and much more.
• Teamwork is very important to us, which is why you will also be in close contact with other departments, e.g. the sales team, our accounting department or our reception desk.

YOUR PROFILE

• Do you have an open personality and enjoy talking on the phone?
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English - of course we would be happy to hear any other language you speak (Czech, Danish and Dutch would be an advantage).
• You are a team player - but still shine with your decision-making skills
• Reliability, service orientation, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure, as well as a friendly manner even under stress, are a matter of course for you.
• By the way: we also support career changers - experience in gastronomy, the hotel or service industry is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
• Do you appreciate fast decision-making and communication channels and an always open ear from your department head? Then you've come to the right place!
