Directions

Hamburg (North) from Berliner Ring (A10):
Junction Havelland go ahead on A10, direction Schwante. At junction Oranienburg turn to A111 /E26, direction Berlin-Reinickendorf. Drive ahead onto B111. At junction Charlottenburg go ahead onto A100. Use exit road Kaiserdamm. Turn left, drive over the bridge and then turn right into Sophie-Charlotten-Straße. Turn left into Kaiserdamm (B2 / B5) and go ahead until Ernst-Reuter-Platz (roundabout). Take the first exit (Hardenbergstraße)and after approx. 950 m turn right onto Joachimstaler Straße.

Frankfurt/Oder (East) from Berliner Ring (A10):
At junction Spreeau onto A10, direction Berlin/Zentrum. At intersection Schönefelder Kreuz onto A113, direction Schönefeld/Zentrum. At junction Treptow go onto B96, direction Schönefeld/Neukölln. In Schönefeld turn onto B179, direction to Berlin. Go ahead on A100, direction to Tempelhof. Straight on until exit road Wexstraße. Use exit and turn right into Prinzregentenstraße. Then turn left into Durlacher Straße and than right into Bundesallee. Keep on driving, this street becomes Joachimstaler Straße after approx. 2 km.

Hannover (West) from Berliner Ring (A10):
At junction Werder go ahead onto A10, direction Potsdam. At junction Drewitz turn right on A115, direction Berlin Zentrum. At intersection Funkturm onto A100, direction Messedamm. Follow A100, direction Wedding. Use exit road Kaiserdamm. Turn right into Knobelsdorffstraße and right again into Sophie-Charlotten-Straße. Turn left into Kaiserdamm (B2 / B5) and straight on until Ernst-Reuter-Platz (roundabout). Take the first exit (Hardenbergstraße) and after approx. 950 m turn right into Joachimstaler Straße.

Central Station DB: Take the S-Bahn, any line, to station Zoologischer Garten (3 stops).

Station Ostbahnhof DB:
Take the S-Bahn, any line, to station Zoologischer Garten (8 stops).

Station Zoologischer Garten DB:
From exit Hardenbergplatz turn right and cross Hardenbergstraße (about 30 m)

Central Bus Station ZOB:
Take the subway line U2 to station Zoologischer Garten (5 stops).

Airport Tegel TXL:
Take the bus X9 to station Zoologischer Garten (terminus).

Airport Schönefeld SXF:Take the S-Bahn, line S9, to station Ostkreuz (9 stations) then change to the lines S3, S7/75 or S5 to station Zoologischer Garten (10 stations)

30 m to walk: From exit Hardenbergplatz turn right and cross Hardenbergstraße. After approx. 15 m go up the stairs. There you'll find our hostel.
