You are a sales talent and love the daily contact with your customers - not only from the office, but directly with your customers? YOUR JOB
- a&o is constantly growing – You will look after our existing customers and are responsible for the acquisition of new customers (B2C and B2B).
- You are willing to travel and take part in trade fairs and exhibitions.
You organise meetings with partners and feel confident in communicating by phone, e-mail and face-to-face meetings. - You conduct price and contract negotiations.
- You have an attentive eye and observe the market and the competition.
- You react to the changing demands of the market and develop new sales strategies and ways.
- You manage the existing customer data with Salesforce to ensure that all communications are logged and identified.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a Bachelor degree in the field of business administration, economics, tourism or hotel management or a similar education
- Ideally, you were already able to gain some sales experience in the tourism sector. You have an outgoing personality, like to network, have your own extensive network and can easily make new connections.
- You are fluent in French and English (C1).
- You easily make new relevant contacts or work with your current network to boost revenue
- You like to take the lead and to act independently
- You are not afraid to share your own opinion, take initiative, and get things done
- You are able and willing to think out of the box to come up with new ideas for new markets
- You are located near or in Brussels (car not included)
