The A&O Hotels and Hostels can do and want more for their guests, so they have secretly devised a plan that brings together guests more easily among one another ... in fact, completely for free!

The result was this:

Awesome common areas with Wii and karaoke sessions
Chic bars to have a chat, to meet people or at times even for a flirt
A&O Lounges as a meeting place or ‘haven’
A cool Facebook page to like, comment and share
Message Boards helping you find sporty jogging partners or like-minded clubbers
The fabulous PhotoFunBox as a unique memory of the trip
and much more.

Those who want some "brain cell nutrition" besides the entertainment part, are going to have a great time with our info- and education-oriented offerings, such as:

Doing good for the carbon footprint with the CO2 calculator
Simply forgetting the world in our book exchange library
Being well informed on the go with the free A&O App and the hotel's INHOUSE magazine
Visiting A&O's sponsored projects such as a floorball game or an SOS Children's Village Centre

All of these great opportunities to meet, have fun, chill, discover the city or to do some good things await you in every A&O Hostel. Of course, guests of the 2** hotel part can participate equally. We are excited about every edYOUtainer!

What does edYOUtain mean anyway?

The sharp ones have certainly figured it out based on the name composition. The first part stands for education, the rear part represents entertainment. True to the motto ‘we want to edutain YOU’! And since it looks nicer and sounds better, we renamed it edYOUtain!

And what about: We share - we care?

At your mom’s you can always sit in front of the telly, at an A&O you don’t even think of it! We share: Namely our rooms, competitions, children's play corners, books and good mood with you. We care: That's right. We take care of you. That’s why all common areas are equipped with enough cool stuff to join in, billiards or table soccer, for example. We also do good for a better climate and actively involve you in it! And in case you’ve got a question, we’re happy to help at the reception.
