by car...
From the North and the East:
On the motorway A4 take exit „Dresden-Hellerau“, turn right and drive on the „Radeburger Strasse“ (later renamed in „Hansastrasse). After 4,5 km keep right, at the end turn left into „Grosse Meissner Strasse“ (later renamed in Koepkestrasse). Drive across the bridge, after about 2 km turn left into “Strehlener Strasse”.
From the South (Nuremburg) and the West:
Leave the motorway A4 at the at the interchange „Dresden-West“ towards Prague (A17). Leave A17 at the exit no.3, „Dresden-Suedvorstadt“ and turn left. After 4 km turn right in to “Strehlener Strasse”.
From the South (Pirna, Prague):
Leave the motorway A17 at exit no.3, “Dresden-Suedvorstadt“ and turn left. After 4 km turn right in to “Strehlener Strasse”.

From central station (ca. 400m):
Take the main exit to „Bayerische Strasse“ and turn left. Pass under the bridge and after the crossing begins „Strehlener Strasse“.
Or by bus- just 2 stops away: Take the line 72 (direction „Luga“) or line 7 (direction “Lockwitz”). The A&O HOTEL and HOSTEL is directly at the bus stop.
Important Information: Until Dec. 8th some trains will not stop at Dresden central station due to construction works. During the works trains will stop at Dresden-Neustadt. Use regional train S1 heading towards Schöna/Königstein or the tramway No. 3 towards Dresden-Coschütz to get back to central station. Trains/tramway will depart each 10 min. - approx. journey time: 10-12 min.

From the airport:
Take the suburban train (S-Bahn), line S2, towards central station (Hauptbahnhof). Then follow the description above.
