The a&o Weimar is located north of the Central Station and is within easy walking distance. The historic centre with its many attractions, including Schiller Street and Goethe Museum, are just a short walk away. Arrival by car, bus, or train is ideal.

From the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof):

On foot: Leave the Weimar Central Station and go left along the Schopenhauerstraße. After the underpass turn left onto Friedrich-Ebert-Straße and continue straight ahead onto Buttelstedter Straße. After about 10 minutes you will see the a&o Weimar on the left side.

By bus: Take the bus 7 at the Central Station in the direction of Schöndorf, which runs every 20 minutes on weekdays. After 3 stops you'll reach the stop Grossestraße directly in front of the a&o Weimar.

From Erfurt-Weimar Airport:

You can reach the Central Station Erfurt by car or taxi. From there it is still about 40 km to Weimar. Alternatively to the car / taxi, the tram line 4 direction Erfurt Wiesenhügel to the Central Station Erfurt. The ticket costs 1.90 €. The journey takes about 24 minutes. There are many trains to Weimar, e.g. RB Richtug Halle (Saale) or RE in the direction of Zwickau (Sachs). Leave the Weimar Central Station and go left along the Schopenhauerstraße. After the underpass turn left onto Friedrich-Ebert-Straße and continue straight ahead onto Buttelstedter Straße. After about 10 minutes you will see the a&o Weimar on the left side.
