Here you can find everything about great combination deals, special offers for those arriving by ÖBB or the City Night Liner of Deutsche Bahn, or with their own car as a member of the International Automobile Club (namely ARC Europe, AAA, AA).

A&O Service Pledge
24h front desk service	We are at your service twenty-four-seven! We book tickets for events or guided tours, call a cab for you and show the city’s highlights to you on our free maps.
Guaranteed check-in until 3pm	check in for laid backs! Arrive in your own time, enjoy a cup of coffee at the bar and then check-in into a freshly cleaned room. If you already arrive before noon, you can leave your luggage with us and already do a little sightseeing tour.
24h hotline service	Any of your questions will be answered by our friendly and qualified service team at +49 30 809 47 5110.
24h response guarantee	FThose guests preferring communication via social media or e-mail we are dedicated to answering the request within 24 hours. We will answer your concern in a qualified manner usually on the same day, but most certainly within 24 hours via booking@aohostels.com or Facebook.
Free luggage storage	You can easily check out, leave your bags with us and buy some postcards or go for some last minute sightseeing. We will have an eye on your luggage for free and wish you a last great midmorning in the A&O city.
24h fairness service	In case you get sick or something important affects your travel plans, our specially developed FLEX rate gives you the possibility to cancel your trip via telephone at any time, also at 6 pm upon the day of arrival. And the best thing about it: Up to that point your purse has been ‘untouched’ because you can easily pay the amount upon arrival.
24h safety service	We have well-trained staff who knows how to ‘see through’ the teenage charm by asking for an ID from time to time. Under eighteen-year-olds can sleep on their own or with friends at an A&O if they bring a signed declaration of consent from their parents. We have an eye on the room selection and try to put friends into the same room. The A&O night watch takes care of everybody’s sleep and we make sure only guests can enter their allocated room using the electronic locker system.
A&O room selection service	If you are travelling with friends or family members and occupy several rooms, we try to make sure the rooms are next to each other or on the same floor.

Free option service	If you make a request directly with us we can reserve your booking request at any time - tentative and for free - before making a binding decision. If your arrival date stills lies in the near future, we hold your reservation request up to 14 days.
Free reminder service	One week before your arrival you receive a checklist and a matching of your data from us via e-mail or telephone.

And if you verifiably aren’t able to travel due to an act of nature beyond control, you can re-book your trip to an alternative date, of course completely free of charge.
24h safety service	Youth groups get coloured wrist bands that guarantee the ‘all you can eat’ breakfast and roughly informs the bar staff about the guests’ age (white: under 16 years \| orange: 16-18 years \| blue: from 18 years). The A&O night watch takes care of everybody’s sleep and we make sure only guests can enter their allocated room using the electronic locker system. This way, we ensure all attendants that youth protection is observed and parents can send their children on tour free from worry.
