Ogni ao hostel offre un comodo servizio di biglietteria, disponibile sia in loco che prima dell'arrivo. Il nostro preparatissimo staff saprà fornirvi informazioni su ciò che la città può offrire, eventi, attività consigliate e attrazioni principali; ma non solo, gestirà anche le prenotazioni! Voi dovrete solo mettervi comodi e godervi la vacanza in totale relax.

I gruppi amano particolarmente usufruire di questo servizio poichè si tratta di uno sportello unico per l'organizzazione di diverse attività. I capigruppo potranno inoltre ottenere mappe ed altri strumenti alla reception. Fatevi aiutare da noi, sarà più semplice e veloce di quanto possiate immaginare!

In our "Local Support" Division, we have researched the cost of public transportion in each a&o City for you, and make the links available. You can find the information for "Public transport" here.

Of course, we also can provide this information locally. Please ask at the reception desk.

Bicycle Rental at the Hotel

At many a&o locations, groups can explore the city bicycle, renting directly at the hotel.

Renting is easy:

•   Give the number of bikes required and the desired date(s) at the front desk or during group reservations
•   Pay the daily rate on site
•   Leave a deposit....done!

In some houses the front desk will make a copy of the ID card or passport of the group leader and ask for a form to be completed for liability claims if damage occurs. Please ensure that your students have health insurance in the unlikely event of an accident.

In cities without an on-site bicycle rental, fortunately there are inexpensive alternatives. For example, in Hamburg there is the “City Bike“.  A one-time registration fee of 5 Euro, which also gives your 5 Euro credit, gives riders the full bike experience. Similarly, the cities of Karlsruhe, Cologne, Leipzig, and Munich have bike rental offers directly at the main train station, all of which are very close to a&o.
