Finally the hotel industry carries out what already is the reality for flight bookings! As one the pioneers in our industry, we developed a price system that adapts to the needs of our guests.

For single bookings up to 9 people, you can now choose between:

Flex-Rate

Pay at check-in
Can be cancelled free of charge until 18h the ofofarrival
Arrival until 18 o'clock after that time the beds/rooms are released. In case of delay, simply call ahead and give credit card details

Fix-Rate

convenient budget rate (10% discount)
directly payable
cancellation not possible
non-refundable
rooms are kept free in case of late arrival

Our tip: The flex rate might not be available on certain dates. It might come in handy to have booked a travel cancellation expenses insurance in advance.
