The A&O hotel group expands in the most important and attractive tourist destinations. We welcome inquiries for hotel projects in Central and Southern Europe. A list of interesting locations can be found below.

Our development team analyzes each exposé exclusively on the basis of these characteristics:

• Ground plan and number of square meters
• Address
• Location via a Google Maps screenshot + link
• Pictures of the property
• Asking price
• Rent or purchase?

As an established budget chain, we pay attention to some details of a potential property. We ask interested parties in particular to meet these requirements:

• Minimum 5,000qm net floor space
• Centrally located, close to public transport
• Vacancy (completely unoccupied)
• No airport hotels
• Please only offers with exposé
• Only properties in cities mentioned in list found below

Of course, existing hotels/hostels are also welcome.
