Brandalarm op zondag 15 december 2019 rond 08.15 uur. Alle gasten zijn naar buiten gegaan. Naar kwartier mochten we weer naar binnen. Ik miste de regie vanuit het hotel. Geen informatie over wat er aan de hand was. Geen controles of iedereen wel uit het hotel was. Vond ik erg matig. We hadden een late check out maar door dit gedoe hier ook geen gebruik van gemaakt. Vroeg uitgecheckt. Geen geld terug gekregen voor die late check out.

Schone handdoeken als ik erom vraag. Geen handdoeken van de grond weer ophangen. Minder lawaai s avonds laat door de andere gasten
