What does the a&o bundle include?

The bundle includes one or more nights’ accommodation at an a&o hostel in Berlin, including breakfast, as well as access to the a&o Lounge at the Uber Arena on the selected event day.

Which a&o hostel is included in the bundle?

Subject to availability, you will be allocated a room at an a&o hostel in Berlin in the following order: a&o Berlin Mitte, a&o Berlin Friedrichshain, a&o Berlin Hauptbahnhof, a&o Berlin Kolumbus.

Which events do the different bundles cover?

There are three different bundles: the Gameday Bundle for Eisbären Berlin’s home matches (ice hockey), the Courtside Bundle for ALBA Berlin’s home matches (basketball) and the Arena Bundle for other events (concerts, comedy, etc.).

Is the ticket for the event already included in the bundle?

Yes, access to the Uber Arena and the a&o Lounge is included in the bundles. You do not need a separate ticket.

How many seats are there in the a&o Lounge?

The exclusive suite features a balcony overlooking the main hall, with a total of 12 seats.

Where is the Uber Arena and how do I get there?

The Uber Arena is located at Uber Platz 1 – between Ostbahnhof and the Warschauer Straße S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations.

How far are the a&o hostels from the Uber Arena?

The a&o Berlin Mitte is 2 km away on foot or about 20 minutes by public transport. The a&o Berlin Friedrichshain is 2.5 km away on foot or about 20 minutes by public transport. The a&o Berlin Hauptbahnhof is about 35 minutes away by public transport. The a&o Berlin Kolumbus is about 40 minutes away by public transport.

Are there any car parks at the Uber Arena?

The arena’s pay-and-display car park can be accessed via Mildred-Harnack-Straße. There are also alternative pay-and-display car parks: Eastside Mall and the Plaza underground car park.

What am I allowed to bring into the Uber Arena?

Generally speaking, all dangerous items are prohibited, as are bags or rucksacks larger than A4 size. Please also leave food and drink outside, as the Uber Arena offers a wide range of catering options.

Where is the a&o Lounge in the Uber Arena?

The a&o Lounge is Suite 330 on the upper tier – offering a superb view of the pitch or the stage during events.

How do I find the a&o Lounge at the Uber Arena?

The a&o Lounge (Suite 330) is on the 3rd floor and can be reached via accessible lifts, escalators or stairs.

What else can I do before or after the event?

There are plenty of restaurants around the Uber Arena on Uber Platz. The a&o hostels also serve snacks and drinks in their cosy hotel bars (open 24/7).

Are the seats in the VIP suite allocated to specific individuals?

Yes, only those who have registered in advance or a&o guests are granted access to the a&o Lounge at the Uber Arena. Therefore, tickets cannot be transferred or cancelled.

What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?

Should the event be cancelled, please contact the a&o Service Centre so that we can find a solution together.

What is the a&o VIP lounge?

A suite of about 50 m² on the 3rd floor of the Uber Arena, with its own balcony over the floor, a seating area, a buffet counter and a bar. Your seat on the balcony is yours — it is not a seat in a block.

How many seats are there per event?

Ten. We do not sell more than that per event.

Is the lounge step-free?

Yes. The suite is reached by lift and escalator, and the whole Uber Arena is step-free.
