Surprised by the negligance of the safety at A&O, and the negativ attitude by untrained staff. I contacted the staff at the service desk and raised the safety issue and shoved a picture of the blocked escape way. Recived a very negative responce. When we came back at night, the safety way were still blocked. I had to move some of the trolley to make the way clear for all guests. Recommend you to step in.

You are seriously understaffed and your employees are doing so much to run this facility. They are the most patient, calmest and willing people ever!!!!
