This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everything felt neglected and unclean — the reception area was dirty, there was an unpleasant smell in the air, and the staff acted as if they were there against their will. The room itself was a complete disaster. There was no bedding at all — no sheets, no blankets, nothing. The bed was bare, which is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the carpet was filthy and there was dust everywhere. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with mold, limescale buildup, and a shower that barely worked. To make things worse, the noise at night was unbearable. The walls were so thin that I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. The air conditioning didn’t work, and opening the window didn’t help because of the constant noise outside. Overall, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was a frustrating, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointing experience.

My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Right from the start, there were problems with check-in - the staff was unfriendly and acted as if they were doing us a favor by even serving us. Additionally, the hotel was chaotic - there were intoxicated people wandering around the corridors, which was uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe. At night, it was impossible to sleep because of noisy guests. I definitely do not recommend this place—the standards are very low, and the service is far from acceptable.
