Incredibly messy, dirty, oblivious . Used dirty trash leaved by previous guests in my bed. Horrible. I am so disappointed and disgusted. Hotel boy didn’t not care at all. We didn’t receive any help. I am traumatized. I wish i could leave as soon as possible. Hotel boy told us there was no cleaning products. Scandalous! I want my money and dignity back.

Central and clean hotel with a good atmosphere and very friendly staff. The environment was comfortable and pleasant throughout the stay. One small improvement could be offering slippers in the rooms or making them available for purchase at the reception. Overall, a very good experience.

Gut

When you arrive anywhere you want the check in to be fast simple and without hassle and friendly. The hostel succeeded on all of these points. The room was clean tidy and the shower was excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. The breakfast was a good value and had a lovely selection of cereals, pancakes, breads and cold meats together with teas coffees and fruit juices. We would certainly recommend the hostel to our friends and family and anyone else who asked. We will certainly look out for A&O hostels when we are travelling.
