Trainer / Coach - Housekeeping (m/f/x)

To support our team in quality management, we are looking for YOU - a self-confessed housekeeping trainer (m/f/d) who loves to travel.

We will also gladly consider applications as a foreman / forewoman; housekeeper / house lady, building cleaner / building cleaner or career changer who enjoys the hotel business and dealing with guests.

For this position, it is completely irrelevant where your home base is!

YOUR JOB

• You support the training of our housekeeping staff.
• You analyse and optimise work processes and, if necessary, develop improvement measures
• You are the contact person for our teams for a wide range of housekeeping issues
• You check the implementation of our standards in our locations
• You create and maintain training materials for your area of responsibility
• You are actively involved in housekeeping projects
• You support us with new openings or Hotel takeovers

YOUR PROFILE

• You enjoy and are passionate about working with people in an international environment
• You have an eye for detail
• You love cleanliness and order
• Communication and organisation are your strengths
• You can be relied on
• You keep an overview even in stressful situations
• You enjoy imparting and sharing your knowledge
• it makes no difference for you to be traveling in a region-specific area (willingness to travel 80%)
• you can communicate very well in English (German is advantageous but not a must and also other languages) with our Team,

• a completed vocational training and/or a university degree (preferably in a tourism-related field)
• already have qualifications in the field of training
• you have already worked with a hotel software, preferably ASSD.
