Everythink fine, but it was VERY loud on the floor at 6am, i have n problems with drunken people but our door didn't seal off the sound on the floor.

Everything was fine, the only problem was bad intetnet connection. Not all the area is covered with WLAN.

Small but impeccably clean rooms, equipped with hairdryer and tv. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. At my (very early) arrival they were nice enough to allow me to check in into a different room than was originally assigned to me, even though the policy stated that the earlies checkin is at 14:00. The railwaystation is three bus stops away, about a 10 minute walk which was a little further than I had expected. Nice atmosphere, there's even a game room and a laundrette. Very good quality for very reasonable prices. Will surely recommend it to my friends.

5-10 min to the main train station, small, but clean rooms, lounge, where you can meet others... so all in all a good hotel for youngs or for people who are okey with a simple room (but it's located well and it's very ceap)

For me it is the third time that I stayed at AO-hotel in Berlin. All in the same at the Hauptbahnhof. My experience is very good and I will certainly come back. I also will recommand your hotel to my friends and business colleageus.

The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hostel was goodm but it was much farer from the mainstation like you wrote on your webpage. The rooms I didnt like. My bed was kind of hard and it always smelled really strangely in the room. And nobody knew, in which beds the others sleep, so I had to change my bed almost every night, because somebody else was lying in it.

The room is good, but please add: 1. Working lamp at the table. 2. Electric water-heater. The breadfast was good, but the bread made me disappointed. It was not bad, but I had expected good German bread!

I was not able to rate the food and the drinks because I had no time eating in the hostel. Otherwise I got what I was expecting to get and it was a nice experience.

* The doors from the staircase to the corridor make a very loud noise when they close, as people come and go all through the night. * The curtain could be improved to keep the room dark.

On arrival I had to fill in a form with my personal data. Why? I had my ID with me and I had made the reservation. Besides that I had double parked my car because their is no (temporary) parking space at the entrance. I suspect all the spots were taken by commuters. After that I had to wait for about 20 minutes until the guest before me was checked in. There was only one person occupying the reception desk (at 5pm). I booked a double room but I was never asked if a had brought a compagnon. So if there would have been a fire or another emergency, nobody would have known that there were two persons in my room. The elevator of A&O Cologne only goes to the 4th floor. Our room was on the 5th. So we always had to climb some stairs. Our room was small and simple but adequate: 2 single beds (with a night stand each), tv (wall mounted), open closet, a small table with chair and bathroom. Bathroom had a shower, a sink, a hair dryer and a toilet. We also found a pile of towls. A nice suprise was the presence of shower gel and shampoo. Thumbs up for that. The (sound) isolation is not as good as the overall state that the room was in. We could clearly hear the neighbours... This goes for the walls as well as the door. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Only coffee, tea, orange and apple juice. Some bread and sandwich fillings like cheese, ham and marmelade. Besides that some vegetables and boiled eggs. We haven't used lunch or diner at the ho(s)tel. Mainly young people (in the hostel part of course) and young families were staying. But that's the target group of A&O. Overall I can say that the price to quality ratio was as expected: good but nog great.

It is difficult to find a hotel, looking at the map from Google. The hotel is not in the end of the street.

Nice Room, could have been a bit cleaner. Bed was broken, was sliding down the whole night.. But pretty sure that got fixed.. Didn´t drink or eat but was a bit expensive. 5 min to train station, easy to find.

The rooms are very clean, it is easy to reach from the main station and the service is also excellent. The lifts provide a very good and fast way to the rooms located in the higher.

it's located near the main train station, and there are busses, trams afrond the buildung, which are very easy to take you to the center. it's amazing for me to climb to the top of the hotel and see all in dresden:)

Good city location, supermarket just up the road, public transport (strassenbahn) right opposite the hotel, onöly 15 minutes walk to the Hauptbahnhof central station, rooms are well equipped for one person, maybe a little bit small for two people planning to stay for more than two nights.
