All group leaders get free soft drinks during their stay, free access to the “lounges” with free internet access, private rooms (single or twin) and any assistance you might need! We hold on to international contacts and networks: That’s why we are “partner of the SOS Children’s Villages” and we help to improve the quality standards for youth and child travel in cooperation with the Reisenetz e.V. and the FIYTO (Fedaration of Inernational Youth Travel Organisations). Besides that all hotels of A&O are certified by TÜV (the German Technical Inspection Agency) or classified by DEHOGA (the German Hotel Association).
